Crutchfield

Lucille Crutchfield, 91, of Versailles, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014.

Born Sept. 16, 1922, in Woodford County, she was the daughter of the late John Routt and Anna Sutherland Routt. She was retired from Texas Instruments and was a member of Mount Edwin Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Anna Hubbard, Frankfort; three sons, Mark Crutchfield, Versailles, and Glenn Crutchfield and Barry Crutchfield, Frankfort; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. A daughter, Virginia Montgomery, and a son, Russell Crutchfield, are deceased.

Services were conducted Wednesday, Feb. 19, at Clark Funeral Home by Bro. Jerry Montgomery. Burial was in Rose Crest Cemetery. Casket bearers were Dr. William Childers, Bryan Richardson, Teri Routt, Wayne Hubbard, Scotty Montgomery, and Jason Thompson. Honorary bearer was Leo Ginter.

Farthing

Randall Bruce "Randy" Farthing, 64, of Frankfort, formerly of Versailles, died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014.

A retired employee of Kuhlman Electric Corp., he was a member of the Clover Bottom Baptist Church and was a former Boy Scout leader.

Survivors include his girlfriend, Kathy Wright, Frankfort; two daughters, Jeanne Mosby, Versailles, and Jamie Farthing, Lawrenceburg; three granddaughters, Kayla Farthing, Versailles, and Sarah Grace Morton and Cora Vanette Morton, Lawrenceburg. His parents, John and Ida Farthing, and his former wife, Cora Jean Howard Farthing, are deceased.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. today, Thursday, Feb. 20, at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home, followed by a service at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Carl Jones officiating.

Nallia

Anne "Petey" Nallia, 86, of Versailles, widow of Joseph H. Nallia, died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014.

Born April 11, 1927, in Versailles, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Mary Belle Chapman. She was a retired secretary for Woodford Bank after over 30 years of service and was a member of Versailles United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Joseph H. (Stephanie) Nallia II, Lexington, and Dan (Penny) Jackson, Versailles; four grandchildren, Dan (Jessica) Jackson II, Neil (Stephany) Jackson, Joseph H. Nallia III, and Miles Nallia; and four great-grandchildren, Gabby, Danielle, Elizabeth and Maria Jackson. A daughter, Mary Ann Nallia, is deceased.

Services were conducted Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill, by the Rev. Tim Thompson. Burial was in the Versailles Cemetery. Casket bearers were her grandsons, Steve Sampson, and Mark Moore.

Pease

Kendall Wayne "Ken" Pease, 57, of Versailles, husband of Theresa Marie Skees Pease, died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014, at Baptist Health.

Born in Evansville, Ind., he was the son of the late Raymond Earl and Connie Sublett Pease. He was a team leader at Toyota in Georgetown.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Jessica Ryan (Joshua) Burton, Nicholasville, and Rebecca Leigh Pease, Lexington; a son, Jacob Raymond Pease, Versailles; a grandson, Conner Fintan Burton; three sisters, Karen (Dale) Meadows, Versailles, Kathi Tresaloni, Lexington, and Kristie (Dale) Stewart, Lexington; a brother-in-law, Charlie (Paula) Skees, Elizabethtown; a sister-in-law, Nancy Skees; and many nephews and nieces.

A celebration of life was held Saturday, Feb. 15, at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing, Nicholasville.

Warfield

Lottie Warfield, 89, Midway, widow of James Warfield, died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014.

Born May 13, 1924, in Bath County, she was the daughter of the late Walter Mae and Morton Cline. She was a former employee of Barrett’s Sewing Factory and a member of the Midway Assembly of God.

Survivors include five children, Libby (John) Patterson, James (Shirley) Warfield, and David (Libby) Warfield, all of Midway, Robert Warfield, Versailles, and Peggy (Phillip) Richardson, Lexington; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Services were conducted Monday, Feb. 17, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, Frankfort, by the Rev. Ed Nichols. Burial followed in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Casket bearers were Bob Warfield, Scott Cooper, Jonathan Creech, Matt Warfield, Rodney Raglin, Darryl Carter, George Wireman, and Gary Wireman.
