Bone

Danny Shawn Bone, 40, of Versailles, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center.

Born Dec. 10, 1973, in Dallas, Texas, he was the son of Elizabeth Lemon and Kenneth Daniel Bone Sr.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by six brothers and sisters, Charlotte Brandenburg, Versailles, Kenneth Bone Jr., South Carolina, and Angeline Hudson, Anna Hudson, Patrick Bone, and Kendra Bone, all of Texas; his grandparents, James and Cherry Dodds, Texas; and numerous aunts and uncles.

Services will be planned at a later date. Clark Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Miles

Phyllis M. Miles, 64, of Versailles, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at the Hospice Care Center, St. Joseph Hospital. Born in Iaeger, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Jerome and Lydia Roberts Haggy. A former deputy director of Versailles Housing Authority, she was a member of the Crosspointe Church.

Survivors include four sons, Robert Valdez, Earl Littrell, and Chris (Sarah) Littrell, all of Versailles, and James Littrell, Lexington; four stepchildren, Shalena Miles, Indiana, Teresa Salerno, Versailles, Jason Miles, Louisville, and Anthony Valdez, Lexington; two sisters, Janna Runyon and Wilda Hatfield, both of West Virginia; a brother, Edward Haggy, West Virginia; and several grandchildren.

Services were conducted Monday, July 14, at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home by the Rev. Bryan Roberts. Burial was in Rose Crest Cemetery. Casket bearers were Chris Littrell, Earl Littrell, Robert Valdez, Jason Stone, Brady Bourne, Mark Hudson, and Michael Marotta.

Robinson

William Carroll "Rat" Robinson, 67, of Lexington, husband of Clementine Finnell Robinson, died Friday, July 11, 2014, at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center.

Born Jan. 25, 1947, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of Wilson and Eva Mae Robinson.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sisters, Brenda (Beau) Holbrook and Donna Ray Robinson, both of St. Louis, Mo.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life services are pending.

Gill

Eugene Gill, 90, of Versailles, husband of Anna Bowman Gill, died Sunday, July 13, 2014.

Born Dec. 19, 1923, in Owen County, he was the son of Ewell and Lillie Lucas Gill. He was a retired employee of National Distillers and a member of Faith Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Peggy (Ed) Crum, Louisville; two sons, Sammy (Vicki) Riddle, Midway, and Denny Riddle, Frankfort; 15 grandchildren, Becky (Jeff) Johnson, Bryan (Colleen) Crum, Bruce (Kari) Crum, Katie (Jeff) Kees, Michael Gill, Benjamin (Elizabeth) Gill, Ryan Gill, Joshua (Jeslyn) Gill, Jason (Tiffany) Riddle, Michele (James) Charas, Melissa (Gary) Means, Shane (Suzette) Riddle, Geri (Timmy) Ball, Sara (Paul) Slusher, Bryan Atwood; 14 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. A son, Mike Gill, is deceased.

Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today, Thursday, July 17, at Clark Legacy Center, Frankfort, by Pastor Joe Collins and Pastor Kenny Robinson. Casket bearers will be Bruce Crum, Bryan Crum, Michael Gill, Benjamin Gill, Ryan Gill, Joshua Gill, Shane Riddle, and Jason Riddle.
