Plea
Gary Goodman, 47, of Lexington, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree fleeing or evading police (misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor) and second-degree persistent felony offender. The commonwealth recommended five years in prison.

Jai Burgess, 25, of Versailles, pleaded not guilty to first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment (discharge of firearm), second-degree strangulation (domestic violence related) and fourth-degree assault (misdemeanor).
Caitlyn Marrs, 19, of Versailles, pleaded not guilty to two counts of second-degree assault.
Dismissed
Charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (fourth or greater offense) and no operator’s/moped license (misdemeanor) against Marvin Pablo Ahilon, 43, of Lawrenceburg, were dismissed.
