The Technical Review Committee reviewed and forwarded two consolidation plats to the Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning and Zoning Commission at its March 26 meeting.
A consolidation plat for Northside Homes, LLC, which consolidates two residential lots into a single residential lot on Northside Drive in Midway, was reviewed and sent to the commission.
A consolidation plat creating a 12.14-acre tract on Sellers Mill Road was also reviewed and sent to the commission.
