William Mark Steele, 66, passed away on July 2, 2026, in Versailles. He was born in Winchester, Kentucky, on June 26, 1960, to Elza Oliver Steele and the late Robert Steele Sr.
He was retired from Topy American in Frankfort, Kentucky.
He is survived by his mother, Elza Steele; sister, Debbie Coubert; nieces, Amanda (Mark) Spears and Beth (Tony Lane) Coubert; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron Spears, Mila Spears, Roman Spears and Sophia Taulbee.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Gene “Bobby” Steele Jr.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, at Midway Cemetery. Clark Legacy Center is in charge of arrangements.
