Mildred Adkins Brown, 93, widow of Ermin V. Brown, died Saturday, Dec, 26, 2015. A native of Williamsburg, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Rose Cornelius Adkins. Survivors include three daughters, Rebecca (Garnett) Rinson, Bath County, Sally (Phillip) Thomas, Winchester, and Deborah Fraysur, Winchester; a son, Virgil A. (Christina) Brown, Lancaster; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. A graveside service was conducted Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Rose Crest Cemetery, Versailles, by the Rev. Cole Caven. Clark Funeral Home, Versailles, was in charge of arrangements.
