Keli Lynn Carmickle, 25, of Versailles, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016, at the UK Chandler Medical Center. Born in Woodford County, she was the daughter of Buddy and Kim Wilson Carmickle. She was a member of Southside Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her fiancé, Tyler Tumlinson, Versailles; a sister, Anna Foley (Ryan), Versailles; her paternal grandparents, Harold and Shirley Carmickle, Versailles; and her maternal grandmother, Laura Willoughby, Versailles. Her paternal grandfather, Harry Willoughby, is deceased. Services were conducted Tuesday, Jan. 19, at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home by the Rev. Ronnie Hupp. Burial was in Rose Crest Cemetery. Casket bearers were Ryan Foley, Tyler Tumlinson, Josh Slugantz, Wes Slugantz, Steve Kring, and Andrew Reed. Honorary bearers were Keith Slugantz, Dr. Michael Anstead, and Dr. Nemr S. Eid.
