Addie Tate Cook, 69, of Frankfort, wife of Bobby Jean Cook, died Wednesday, Jan/ 13, 2016. Born April 1, 1946 in Owen County, she was the daughter of the late Beura Lee Tate and Alice Lee Keith Tate Baker. She enjoyed being with her grandkids, and attending their ball games. She was retired from Capital City Tool, was a UK fan, and enjoyed fishing and working in her yard. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Barbara Cook (Ed) Lawrence, Florence, Lisa Cook, Frankfort, and Teresa Kay (William) Smith, Frankfort; a son, Bobby Eugene (Stacy) Cook, Frankfort; a sister, Wanda Miller, Frankfort; a brother, Johnny Tate, Stamping Ground; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. A sister, Betty Thompson, is deceased. Services were conducted Friday, Jan. 15, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, Frankfort, by Chaplain Lisa Heuser. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Casket bearers were Weston Lawrence, Bobby E. Cook, Aaron Cook, Austin Smith, Matt Brown, and Nathan Smith. Honorary bearers were Heather Bundy and Isiah Perry.
