BOA OKs variances

The Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Board of Adjustment approved three variances for a residential lot in Midway at its meeting on Monday night. Craig Congleton was granted a 10-foot front-yard setback variance in order to build a house at 212 South Turner Street in Midway. He was also granted two additional variances so he can construct a detached one-car garage property on the vacant residential lot in Midway. Chair Tim Turney was not present so Vice Chair David Prewitt chaired Monday night's BOA meeting.
