Pauline Ford Snapp, 87, of Versailles, widow of Albert Lee Snapp, died Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at her home. Born in Woodford County, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Nancy Lida Johnston Ford. A retired quality control inspector for Texas Instruments, she was a longtime member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Connie Burkhead (Danny), Lawrenceburg; three sons, Gene Snapp, Keene, and Joseph Lee Snapp and James Russell Snapp, both of Jessamine County; seven grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. A son, Allen Dale Snapp, two sisters, Lois Williams and Betty Wright, and two brothers, Lester Ford Jr. and Jack Ford, are deceased. Services were conducted Monday, March 14, at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home by Bro. DeWayne Brewer. Burial was in the Versailles Cemetery.
