Billy Joe Cline, 59, of Frankfort, died Monday, March 28, 2016. Born March 17, 1957, in Woodford County, he was the son of the late William Dotson and Lois Sutherland Cline. He was a machinist for Quad/Graphics and attended Millville Christian Church. He enjoyed going to gun shows, shooting guns, bird-watching, and relaxing with his family and friends. In addition to his companion, Leslie Kays, he is survived by three sisters, April (Donald) Jackson, Owen County, Angie Jenkins, Lawrenceburg, and Alyce Tilghman, LaGrange; three brothers, Tommy Tilghman, Woodford County, Brett Goodrich, Paris, and William Cline II; a stepsister, Terry Goodrich, Cynthiana; and a stepbrother, Bruce Goodrich, London. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
