District Court District Court was not in session on Monday, March 28. Police Reports Versailles police responded to two injury accidents, 20 non-injury accidents, three domestic-related complaints, issued one citation and made nine arrests. On March 24 at 1:17 p.m., a Chevy Cavalier driven by Lillian R. Perez, 32, of 514 Oak St., was attempting to turn left from Oak Street onto Poplar Street when it struck a Toyota 4Runner stopped at a stop sign that was driven by Lawrence C. Bent, 33, of 532 Weisenberger Mill Road. Perez told police she was waving to a friend before the wreck. She was taken to Bluegrass Community Hospital. Both vehicles were towed due to no proof of insurance. On March 27 at 12:53 p.m., a Toyota Camry driven by Curtis A. Reeds, 48, of Drummonds, Tenn., was traveling on the Blue Grass Parkway when it struck a turkey in flight. The windshield was damaged and passenger Rosana I. Reeds, 54, also of Drummond, Tenn., was taken to UK Chandler Hospital. On April 4, police made an arrest at a Molly Street home for 3rd degree possession of a controlled substance.
