Ralph Gilbert Warford, 84, of Lawrenceburg, husband of Alma Jean Bowman Warford, died Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at his residence. Born in Anderson County, he was the son of the late Ernest N. and Mertie Mae Buntain Warford. He was a member of Full Gospel Assembly of God, and an electrician and former owner of Warford Electric. In addition to his wife of 65 years, he is survived by two daughters, Debbie (James) Bottom, Lawrenceburg, and Donna (Michael) Bentley, Versailles; three grandchildren, Carrie (Michael) Slugantz, Versailles, and Chad (Vanessa) Snapp and Andrew (Kelly) Smith, both of Lawrenceburg; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Maxine Flynn, Lawrenceburg. Five sisters, Gladys Robertson, Lucille Perry, Wilma Hume, Ruth Thacker and Nina Mae Willard, and two brothers, Horace Ray and Ernest Stewart Warford, are deceased. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today, Thursday, May 19, at Gash Memorial Chapel by Bro. Kenny Robinson and Bro. Mark Studler. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Casket bearers will be Chad Snapp, Andrew Smith, Tommy Warford, Tim Robinson, Al Riggs, and Michael Slugantz. Honorary bearers will be Dylan, Jordan and Savannah Smith, Wyatt Snapp, Kelsey Berger and Aiden Slugantz.
