Betty and Charles "Gene" Brown celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, June 3, 2016, by having a celebration with family and friends. The couple was married on June 3, 1966, in Versailles Glen's Creek Baptist Church. They have two daughters, Debbie Burdine (Chris) of Frankfort and Robin Brown (Kevin) of Frankfort. They have three granddaughters, Caitlyn, Sydney and Brookelyn Burdine.
