William J. (Billy) Wells, 71, of Nonesuch, widower of Sandra Wells, died Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016, at the Thompson Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore. He attended the University of Kentucky and was employed there as a photographer and media specialist for 35 years. He is survived by a sister, Vicki Bennett, of Louisville, and a brother, Joe Wells, of Seabrook Isle, S.C. No services are planned.
