Mark Lowell Wilkerson, 44, of Versailles, died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016. Born May 29, 1972, in Warner Robins, Ga., he was the son of Danny Wilkerson and Susan Wilkerson. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Rebecca (Jason) Heichelbech, Versailles; his maternal grandmother, Pauline Cornelius, Corbin; a brother, Daniel (Deborah) Wilkerson, North Carolina; two nieces, Emily Heichelbech and Suzy Heichelbech; and a nephew, Will Heichelbech. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, Aug. 14, at Versailles Baptist Church by the Rev. Michael Cabell and the Rev. John Brandon. Graveside services were conducted Monday, Aug. 15, at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, Corbin. Contributions may be made to Liberty Ridge Foundation.
