Shirley Marie Olson Eustice, 81, of Versailles, died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, at Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Lawrenceburg. Born in Versailles, she was the daughter of the late James and Theodora Olson. She married Richard H. Eustice on April 10, 1953. They operated a family restaurant, the Shir-Ric Drive In, from 1963 to 1973. They both retired from Olson Bottle Gas Company. Survivors include a sister, Joyce Currens; two sons, Terry Lee (Terri) Eustice and Larry James (Donna) Eustice, all of Versailles; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A sister, Ann Olson Young, is deceased. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Oct. 22, at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home by the Rev. Michael Heubner. Burial was at Rose Crest Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to a favorite charity or organization.
