Zone change request for Woodridge Gardens
The developer of Wooldridge Gardens wants to rezone 27.377 acres from R-1C (single-family residential) to R-4 (high-density residential) in order to construct 156 apartment units, a pool and clubhouse in a planned unit development on Falling Springs Boulevard. A public hearing on the zone-change request is scheduled on the Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning and Zoning Commission's Thursday, Nov. 10, agenda. The meeting in the second-floor courtroom of the Woodford County Courthouse begins at 6:30 p.m. Agility Gymnastics An amended final development plan for Agility Gymnastics at 160 Frankfort Street seeks to shift the entrance so a utility pole does not have to be relocated. A new gymnasium center is being built on the site. Midway Station An amended final record plat for Midway Station, a mixed-use development located north of Midway's I-64 interchange, will reconfigure two lots into three lots: 150 and 100 Ruth Roach Way, and 245 Woody Stephens Boulevard. Sweet T's An amended final development plan will allow a Sweet T's Food Shack to locate on property at 280 Yellow Jacket Drive.
