Earl Marcum, 68, of Versailles, died Friday, Nov. 4, 2016. Born June 6, 1948, in Versailles, he was the son of the late William Oliver Marcum and Elizabeth McClain Marcum. He was retired from the Woodford County Recycling Center. Survivors include two daughters Angela Lopez, Versailles, and Cassie Ginter, Versailles; three sisters, Pat Walton, Versailles, Goldie Fleming, Whitesburg, and Jean White, Versailles; two brothers, Tommy Marcum, North Carolina, and Eugene Marcum, Versailles; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A graveside service was conducted Monday, Nov. 7, at Sunset Memorial Gardens by Bro. Allen Voils. Casket bearers were Josh Downs, Brandon Rust, Kenny Smith, James Hartley, Mark Brown, and Dan Troxell. Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill, was in charge of arrangements.
