Janice Murphy, 77, of Versailles, widow of Ralph C. Murphy, died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016. She had been a nurse in Lexington for over 25 years before her retirement. Survivors include a daughter, Leisa (Rhea) Dobson, South Carolina; a granddaughter, Kaelyn Dobson, Iowa; a sister, Darlene Curry, Lexington; and two brothers, Grant Dennis, Florida, and James Dennis, Salvisa. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing, Nicholasville. Burial will follow in the Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
