On Dec. 14 at 3:25 p.m., three eastbound cars were stopped in the left lane on the U.S. 60 Bypass. Angela Y. Chappell-McKinney, 33, was driving a Chevrolet Impala and told police she saw a green light but didn't realize traffic had stopped. McKinney's vehicle rear-ended a Dodge Dakota driven by Lucas C. Mann, 20, of Lawrenceburg; Mann's vehicle rear-ended a Toyota Camry driven by Kendra N. Penny, 33, of 149 Dan Drive; and Penny's vehicle rear-ended a Chevrolet Malibu driven by Cynthia S. Glass, 48, of Lexington. Woodford County EMS personnel came to the scene, but none of the drivers or passengers were taken to a hospital. On Dec. 16, a Kentucky EPO on Arbor Place Drive was reported violated. On Dec. 17, a Toshiba television and DVD player worth a total of $375 were reported stolen from a home on Douglas Avenue.
