Police Reports Versailles police responded to two injury accidents, 12 non-injury wrecks, one domestic-related complaint, issued one citation and made three arrests. On Dec. 17 at 1:49 p.m., a Jeep Patriot driven by Jesse K. Tingle, 26, of Lawrenceburg, and a Chevy CK 2500 driven by William K. Dieterich, 58, of Lexington, were on Lexington Road, stopped at the stop light at Huntertown Road. A Toyota Prius driven by Donna G. Britton, 69, of Lexington, rear-ended the Jeep Patriot, which rear-ended the C/K 2500. Britton was taken to St. Joseph Hospital. Police say inattention and not being under proper control on the part of Britton caused the wreck. On Dec. 17 at 5:14 p.m., police say a Chevrolet Malibu driven by Rinda E. York, 46, of Nicholasville, was driving too fast on Pinckard Pike when it came around a right-hand curve just after entering Woodford County. York's vehicle crossed the center line and struck a GMC truck driven by Rickie Frye, 57, of Lexington, which rear-ended a Honda Odyssey driven by Clyde R. Justice, 60, of Nicholasville. York and a passenger, Kristina L. Burchett, 45, were taken to UK Chandler Hospital. On Dec. 15, a vehicle was reported leaving the scene of an accident on Lexington Road. On Dec. 18, a stolen credit card was used to amass $1,710 in fraudulent charges at a Lexington Street store. On Dec. 21, a Kentucky EPO was reported violated at a home on Nottingham Drive. On Dec. 21, six forged checks worth $440 were reported at a Lexington Street convenience store. On Dec. 22, police made an arrest on Laval Heights involving a bench warrant and possession of a controlled substance. On Dec. 22, a vehicle was reported leaving the scene of an accident on Big Sink Road.
