Ward


John W. Ward, 55, of Versailles, died Friday, Jan. 13, 2017. Born in Palo Alto, Calif., he was the son of the late William W. and Bessie Annette Ward. Survivors include his companion, Dennise Washburn, Versailles; a sister, Debbie (Rick) Gilliam, Versailles; a niece, Shelly (Jimmy) Praria, Versailles; a nephew, Mike (Nikki) Gilliam, Lexington; a brother-in-law, Eddie (Bonnie) Washburn, Salvisa; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brad and MacKenzie Praria, and Andrew, Cater, and Cooper Gilliam. Services were conducted Wednesday, Jan. 18, at Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home.
