Woodford Reserve plat, others reviewed

A plat that will allow Woodford Reserve Distillery to proceed with plans to use its adjacent property for overflow parking was reviewed by the Technical Review Committee (TRC) on Tuesday morning and then sent to the Planning Commission chair for approval. This consolidation of the Grist Mill House property will allow Woodford Reserve to continue using that property at 7785 McCracken Pike for overflow parking and as a conference center for visitors coming to the distillery at 7855 McCracken Pike, located across the road from the Grist Mill property. Woodford Plaza lot A minor subdivision plat will create a 1.062-acre lot at 470 Lexington Road where Community Trust Bank could expand its existing bank or construct a new bank building sometime in the future. After the plat is approved by the Planning Commission chair, a development plan would need to be submitted and approved before any construction project could occur. Construction plans Construction plans for phase 2 of the Edmonds Cross residential neighborhood, creating 64 lots on a site along Huntertown Road, was forwarded to the City of Versailles public works department and County Engineer Buan Smith for letters of approval before a grading permit can be issued on the project. Other plats An in-family conveyance plat allowing Ilze A. Sillers to convey a 5.968-acre at 3555 Paynes Mill Road to Karl G. Sellers was reviewed by TRC and sent to the Planning Commission chair for approval. The conveyance plat was previously approved, but never recorded. A minor subdivision plat correcting the dimensions of lots at 3045 and 3042 Rose Bud Road in the Rose Ridge subdivision (Ball Homes) was sent to the commission chair for approval. A non-building plat creating an 11.76-acre tract in the Rose Ridge subdivision, which will facilitate a property transfer for future residential development, was sent to the chair for approval. A minor consolidation plat, which will create a 7.25-acre lot at 456 Misty Lane (Bryan Hiler), was also sent to the chair for approval.
