Woodford Reserve plan for overflow parking

A final development plan, which will allow Brown-Forman Corporation to use property located across McCracken Pike from Woodford Reserve Distillery for overflow parking, is scheduled to come before the Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning and Zoning Commission tonight, Feb. 9. The meeting begins at 6:30 in the second-floor courtroom of the Woodford County Courthouse. Brown-Forman Corporation has been approved for a variance from the Board of Adjustment that allows Woodford Reserve to continue using its Grist Mill House property for overflow parking and as a conference center. Also on tonight’s agenda, a final record plat for 365 Commerce Drive, where a Holiday Inn Express is being located. The proposed 82-room, four-story Holiday Inn Express (H&W Management Company) is being built on a 2.38-acre lot near McDonald’s on the U.S. 60 Bypass. Committee meeting The commission’s budget/personnel committee will meet following tonight’s regular meeting.
