Phyllis Arvel Parker, 65, of Williamsburg, died Thursday, March 9, 2017. Born in Williamsburg, she was the daughter of the late Arvel and Maudie Perkins Parker. Survivors include two daughters, Petrina Dotson, Versailles, and Julia Michelle Black, London; two sisters, Thelma Duncan, Saxton, and Billie French, of East Bernstadt; and six grandchildren. A daughter, Patrella Parker; one sister, Mae Parker, and a brother, Jimmy John Parker, are deceased. A private service will be held at a later date.
