Midway B&B request set for April 3

The Board of Adjustment is scheduled to hear a request to operate a bed and breakfast/inn at 214 South Winter Street in Midway on Monday, April 3. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in the second-floor courtroom of the Woodford County Courthouse. Stephen and Joy Hadden are seeking a conditional-use permit to operate a five-bedroom B&B/inn at the Midway residence. Also on the April 3 agenda, Anderson Wooldridge, LLC, is seeking variances to reduce the depth of front porches and the locations of windows for homes in the Wooldridge Garden neighborhood.
