Chiropractic office permit sought

The owner of an Elm Street residence has applied for a conditional-use permit to operate a single-physician chiropractic office in her home.

The Board of Adjustment (BOA) has scheduled a public hearing on Monday, June 5, to hear Brandi Jones's home occupation request. The BOA's meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in the second-floor courtroom of the Woodford County Courthouse.

Also on the agenda: Patrick Shulze's request for a 14-foot front-yard setback variance so he can install a six-foot-high fence at 76 Hanover Drive; and Leonid Voznyuk's request for a 14-foot front-yard setback variance so he can install a six-foot-high fence at 496 Drake Landing.
