Lois Carter Neeley, 80, of Lexington, died Wednesday, May 17, 2017. Born Jan. 30, 1937, in Versailles, she was the daughter of the late John Will and Beulah May Games Carter. She was an LPN for Mayfair Village Retirement Community. Survivors include five children, Wayne Northcutt, Georgetown, and Gerry Northcutt, Kim Bast, Todd Kissick, and Carla Kissick, all of Lexington; a sister, Phyllis Hufford, Lexington; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. A graveside service was conducted Saturday, May 20, at Rose Crest Cemetery. Casket bearers were Bobby Ward, Christopher Taulbee, E.W. Northcutt, Walter Kissick, Ernie Kissick and Jonathan Kissick.
