John David Laubheimer Sr., 50, of Versailles, husband of Gail Tabscott Laubheimer, died Sunday, June 11, 2017. Born March 29, 1967, in Washington, D.C., he was a truck driver for CKY Hauling and attended Journey Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his parents, Amelia and Jerry Egan; five children, John Laubheimer Jr., Florida, Jeff Laubheimer, Florida, Tabitha Laubheimer, Florida, Stephanie (Daron) Fritts, Lawrenceburg, and Patricia Ottaviani, Louisville; a sister, Robin Laubheimer, Louisville; four brothers, William Laubheimer, Fisherville, Michael (Crissy) Egan, Shelbyville, and Jeremy (Melissa) Egan and Louie (Tabby) Laubheimer, both of Louisville; three grandchildren, Caleb and Emma Pettit, and Delilah Fritts; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. today, Thursday, June 15, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, Frankfort. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's.
