July 4 closings

The following businesses and government offices announce closings or special hours surrounding the Tuesday, July 4, Independence Day holiday. The Woodford Sun offices will be closed July 4. The deadline for all advertising and news items for the July 6 issue is noon Friday, June 30. The Versailles and Midway city governments will be closed Tuesday. Rumpke Sanitation and Legacy Carting will operate on their regular schedules. The Woodford County Courthouse and Annex will be closed Tuesday. The Woodford County Public Library's main and Midway branches will be closed Tuesday, and the Woodford County Health Department will be closed. The Versailles Post Office will be closed all day on July 4, and there will be no mail delivery. All local banks will be closed, as will the Greater Kentucky Credit Union.
