KarleiAnn Louise "Baby Kay" Jacobs died Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Born Oct. 11, 2016, at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, she was the daughter of Serena Marie Guerin and Allan Joseph Jacobs. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two siblings, Rylei and Saige Jacobs; her maternal grandparents, Joel and Roxanne Guerin; five uncles, Jacob, Jim, Josh, Patrick, and Stephen Guerin; and two aunts, Ruthann Guerin and Gabriella Layton. A service of remembrance will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.prior to the service. The family asks that those who wish to send flowers, purple would be appreciated, as that was her color.
