Arthur Flora, 86, of Versailles, widower of Anna Mae Wilson Flora, died Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2017. Born Feb. 23, 1931, in Woodford County, he was the son of the late Samuel and Mary E. Manley Flora. He was retired from the Woodford County Board of Education. Survivors include two daughters, Sandra McKinney and Debbie Brown, Versailles; five grandchildren, Libby (Antoine) Reed, Calvin Morton, Lisa Coffman, Marcus Brown, and Randy (Myndall) Coffman; seven great-grandchildren, Brittany (Eric) Dockery, Anastayzia Reed, Amariah Reed, Amarion Reed, C.J. Morton, Tanner Coffman, and Grace Coffman; a great-great-grandchild, Captain Dockery; four brothers, Morgan (Judy) Flora, Sammy (Debbie) Flora, Donald (Beulah) Flora, and Lindsey (Peggy) Flora; two sisters, Lily Mae Caldwell and Bessie Flint. A daughter, Priscilla Coffman, and a granddaughter, Alyssa Morton, are deceased. Services were conducted Saturday, Aug. 19, at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill, by the Rev. Martha Bowman. Burial was in the Versailles Cemetery. Casket bearers were Calvin Morton, Randy Coffman, Antoine Reed, Anastayzia Reed, Amariah Reed, and Marcus Brown.
