Grimes

Eugene "Geno" Grimes, 52, of Frankfort, died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017. A native of Versailles, he was born on July 22, 1965, the son of Bonnie Pullen and the late George Grimes. He was self-employed. In addition to his mother, he is survived by three sons, Jeremy Delbridge, Frankfort, Brandon Shuck, Frankfort, and Shawn Martin, Frankfort; three sisters, Julie Hall, Frankfort, Julie Roe, Frankfort, and Rose Marie Grimes, Indiana; three brothers, Frankie Reed, Frankfort, Thomas Grimes, Versailles, and John Grimes, Indiana; eight grandsons; six granddaughters; his significant other, Starla Hellard, Frankfort; and three stepdaughters, Jessica Berger, Versailles, Tasha Hansel, Versailles, and Tiffany Lewis, Frankfort. A celebration of life service was held Saturday, Oct. 7, at Camp Pleasant Baptist Church by Bro. Kris Grimes. Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, Frankfort, was in charge of arrangements.
