Police Reports Versailles police responded to two injury accidents, seven non-injury accidents, three domestic-related disturbances, issued one citation/summons and made four arrests. On Oct. 18 at 7:31 p.m., a Hyundai Sonata driven by Shamicha J. Spencer, 19, of 114 Spring Run Road, turned left from a private parking lot onto Lexington Street while a Chevrolet Traverse driven by Jamie Torralba, 30, of 514 Linden Drive, was westbound on Lexington Street. The Traverse struck the Sonata when Spencer crossed the driving lane. Torralba was taken to Bluegrass Community Hospital. Police say Spencer misjudged the clearance. On Oct. 10, a vehicle was reported leaving the scene of an accident on Yellow Jacket Drive that damaged a Ford F-350. On Oct. 19, police issued a summons/citation on Lexington Road for failure to illuminate head lamp, failure to maintain required insurance and 3rd degree possession of a controlled substance. On Oct. 19, a KX-125 motorcycle worth $1,200 was reported stolen on McCracken Pike. On Oct. 18, the front door of a home on Poplar Street was reported vandalized. On Oct. 21, harassment was reported at a home on Paddock Drive. On Oct. 19, a PS4 and other items worth a total of $1,439 were reported stolen from a home on Douglas Avenue. On Oct. 20, police made an arrest in a government building on Beasley Road for 3rd degree possession of a controlled substance. On Oct. 19, a vehicle was reported leaving the scene of an accident that damaged the drive-through at Arby's. On Oct. 20, a vehicle was reported leaving the scene of an accident on Lexington Road. On Oct. 22, police made an arrest on Lexington Road for possession of cocaine and ecstasy and trafficking in marijuana. On Oct. 21, a Corona beer statue was reported stolen from a convenience store on Lexington Road. On Oct. 19, a Kentucky EPO was reported violated on Clifton Road.
