Request for ,permit to operate kennel/dog ,training facility

The Board of Adjustment (BOA) has scheduled a hearing on a request for a conditional-use permit to operate a kennel and dog training facility at 2365 Lexington Road, A-1 (agriculture) district.

The BOA will hear Philip Gerrow’s request at its regular meeting on Monday, Dec. 4, at 6:30 p.m. in the second-floor courtroom of the Woodford County Courthouse. Also on the Dec. 4 agenda: Tressa Wilson wants a 20-foot rear-yard variance for a home built at 1006 Scotts Way, rural residential district, in 2003. Edgar Saborit has applied for a variance in order to build two townhouses on a 50-foot-wide lot at 103 Mack Street, R-3 (residential) district. Antony C. Bays wants a 10-foot side-yard variance in order to build a single-family residence at 5799 Midway Road, A-1 district.
