Faye Evans, 64, wife of William Lloyd Evans, died on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2017.

Born on April 18, 1953 in Hazard, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Johnny and Geneva Turner McIntosh. She was a homemaker and a member of Versailles Church of God, loved her grandkids, reading, sewing, and singing and her church family and the Lord.

In addition to her husband, survivors include three children, Melinda (Maggie Murray) Phillips, Tenn.; Doris Fletcher and Ryan Newberry, both of Frankfort; five grandchildren, Jessica Fletcher, Wesley Fletcher, Dakota Phillips, Zackery Painter, and Jordan Phillips; three great grandchildren, Tanner (Jace Ray) Wynn, Brody Clay Fletcher, and Braylee Ann Fletcher; one sister, Jallie (Corey) Caudille; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Clay McIntosh, Jerry McIntosh, Kelly McIntosh, and Charles Paul McIntosh; four sisters, Lillie Combs, Mary Elizabeth Harrison, Linda Lou Lane, and Ruthann McIntosh; a niece, Geneva Combs; and a nephew Jonny McIntosh.

Services were held Friday, Dec. 22, at Versailles Church of God with Brother Frank Lane officiating.
