Frances Ann Watts, 90, widow of Harvey S. Watts Jr., died Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017.

Born on June 13, 1927, in Versailles, she was the daughter of the late Gaylen W. Bell and Stella G. Bell. She was a lifelong member of The First Christian Church where she served as Sunday school teacher and assistant Sunday school superintendent for 18 years. She was retired from Nave Insurance Agency.

Survivors include a sister, Katherine Wallace, Versailles; a daughter, Kaye (Ken) Ward, Versailles; a son, Irvin (Mary) Watts, Northern Ky.; nine grandchildren, Kim Williams, Kristi Eden, Shannon Nash, Stephen Watts, Jennifer Doyen, Katie Stephenson, Davis Watts, Elizabeth Colon, and Brian Watts, and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Davis Watts, and a great-grandchild, Madelyne (Maddy) Watts.

Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 4, beginning at 1 p.m. with services at 3:00 p.m., at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home. Entombment will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
