Mattingly - Rouse
Shelby Lee Mattingly, daughter of Eddie and Phyllis Mattingly of Versailles, and Steele Isaac Rouse, son of Bob and Mary Beth Rouse of Midway, were married Saturday, October 7, 2017, at the Versailles Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jonathan Berry and Dr. Michael Cabell officiating at the ceremony. Nuptial music was presented by organist Naomi Foster, pianist Dr. Johnie Dean, Peccatte String Quartet, and soloists Will Gerald and Lauren Parish.
The maid of honor was Sarah Ashley England of Louisville.
Bridesmaids were Jenna Rueff, Louisville; Lora Nation, Columbia, South Carolina; Katlynn Lanham, Owensboro; Bailey Foxworth, Louisville; Ellen Esterhay, Washington, D.C., Sara Jo Vanhoose, Versailles, was junior bridesmaid.
The best man was Clay Rouse of Midway.
Groomsmen were Sam Ives, Brentwood, Tennessee; Henry Kramer, Cincinnati, Ohio; Ben Lyvers, Louisville; Daniel Lyvers, Bardstown; Kevin Moore, Lexington; and Ian Mattingly, Marion, was junior groomsman.
Ushers were Barton Lynch, Lexington, and Clay Mattingly, Marion.
The flower girls were Mia Grace Mattingly and Lily Faith Mattingly. The ring bearer was Micah Edward Mattingly.
The reception was held at Equus Run Vineyard, Midway.
The bride is a graduate of Woodford County High School and Campbellsville University. She is employed by Nelson County Schools.
The groom is a graduate of Woodford County High School and Transylvnia University. He is a member of Delta Sigma Phi. He is currently attending University of Louisville College of Law. he is employed by Strobo Barkley, PLLC, Louisville.
The couple is planning a European honeymoon in summer of 2018.
