Reed seeks reelection
Ken Reed has announced his reelection bid for Woodford County Magistrate, District 4.
Reed is chair of the contracts and lease committee of the Woodford County Fiscal Court and a member of additional committees. He represents his constituents fairly and ethically, responding promptly to concerns. He says, “I have served Woodford County citizens in a conservative manner, thoroughly reviewing how our tax dollars are spent. Being fiscally responsible, I have never voted to increase property taxes on the citizens of Woodford County. Currently Woodford County is in the best financial condition in decades.”
He works collaboratively with other Woodford County magistrates, solving problems and aiding to complete projects.
Retired after 35 years of service at IBM, he is a director at Citizens Commerce National Bank and he is Noble Grand of McKee Lodge #35.
He is a lifelong resident of Woodford County and married to Brenda Reed. They reside at 1220 Stourbridge Road.
