Board to hear requests for variances

The Board of Adjustment will hear requests for variances from three property owners at its regular meeting on Monday, March 5. The meeting begins at6:30 p.m. in the second-floor courtroom of the Woodford County Courthouse.

LK Real Estate, LLC has requested variances for porches on homes in the Wooldridge Garden neighborhood. The lots are located on Abbey Road, Chenault Alley and McCowans Ferry Alley.

Curtis and Rebecca Lowe are seeking a 28-foot front-yard variance at 397 Gleneagles Way in order to keep a privacy fence, which was built two feet from the sidewalk along Hanover Drive.

James A. Fraizer wants an 80-foot front-yard variance in order to remodel a legal nonconforming accessory structure at 2325 Paynes Mill Road, A-1 (agricultural) district.
