Police Reports Versailles police responded to one accident involving an injury, 15 non-injury accidents, one domestic-related complaint and made three arrests. On Feb. 14 at 8:33 a.m., a Toyota Corolla driven by Casey S. Dailey, 24, of Falmouth, and a Chevrolet Equinox driven by Connor Devries, 25, of Florence, were westbound on U.S. 60 in the right lane. For an undetermined reason, Dailey’s vehicle struck Devries’s. Both drivers were taken to area hospitals. Dailey was cited for failure to maintain required insurance. Police say inattention and not being under proper control on the part of Dailey caused the crash. On Feb. 25, police made an arrest in a Rose Hill Avenue parking lot for violation of a Kentucky EPO. On Feb. 21, police began an investigation of an accidental death on Lexington Road. On Feb. 25, harassment and terroristic threatening were reported at a home on Carter Lane. On Feb. 23, a 9 mm handgun worth $350 was reported stolen from a home on Castle Court. On Feb. 20, six Kentucky State Police uniforms and six flight suits worth a total of $502 were reported stolen from a garage or shed on Lexington Road. On Feb. 25, a Kentucky EPO was reported violated at a home on Ridge View Road. On Feb. 22, first-degree criminal trespassing was reported at a home on High Street. On Feb. 24, jewelry and other items worth a total of $700 were reported stolen from a home on Quail Run Road. On Feb. 26, first-degree criminal trespassing was reported on Molly Street. On Feb. 19, police made an arrest on Lexington Road for first-degree and third-degree possession of a controlled substance and marijuana trafficking. On Feb. 16, a Toyota Lexus was reported vandalized at a home on Foxtail Road, with damage estimated at $400. Fire Reports City Firefighters performed 16 EMS assists and installed two car seats. On Feb. 22, they responded to a gas odor on Oak Street. On Feb. 23, they responded to a smoke detector on South Hill Road, a natural gas odor on Big Sink Road and a vehicle accident on the U.S. 60 Bypass and Merewood Drive. On Feb. 24, they responded to a malfunctioning smoke detector on Ridgeview Road and a vehicle accident on Lexington Road. On Feb. 25, they responded to a gas odor on Oak Street.
