Betty Lou Nolan Quinn, 87, widow of George Simon Quinn, died Saturday, April 21, 2018, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.

Born on March 5, 1931, in Stanton, she was the daughter of the late Hays and Lula Kash Nolan. She graduated high school in Mt. Sterling and was a graduate of St. Joseph School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse at St. Joseph Hospital and Mary Chiles Hospital and was a member of Family Worship Center in Lawrenceburg.

Survivors include a daughter, Ruth (George) Wright, Leesville, South Carolina; two sons, Paul Quinn and Phillip Quinn, both of Lexington; a brother, Kash (Debbie) Nolan, Versailles; two granddaughters, Rachel Quinn, Dayton, Ohio; and Rebekah Quinn, Richmond. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Algin Nolan; a son, Mark Quinn; and a granddaughter, Rachel Montgomery.

Services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. today, Thursday, April 26, at Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home by Pastor Tony Andrade. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
