Spencer Blake Hopkins, 20, died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018.

Born on Oct. 13, 1997, he was the son of Kristie Caudill and Zack Hopkins, Lawrenceburg. He worked as a machine operator for Washington Penn Plastics.

In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by his stepfather, Dwayne “Doc” Caudill, Lawrenceburg; stepmother, Lisa Hopkins, Lawrenceburg; a sister, Britney Hopkins, Lawrenceburg; a stepsister, Gracie Caudill; a stepbrother Cameron Caudill; maternal grandmother, Kim (Richard) Sloan, Richmond; maternal grandfather, Brian (Rita) McQueen, Lawrenceburg; paternal grandmother, Peggy (John) Edison, Versailles. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Zack Raymond Hopkins.

Services were held Tuesday, Aug. 14, at Journey Church, and a graveside service was held Wednesday, Aug. 15, at the Hopkins family farm, Lawrenceburg. Serving as casket bearers were Dustin Creech, David Evans, Mason Hardin, Cody Carey, Evan Turner, James Tingle, Hunter Simmons and Jordan Kincaid. Arrangements are being handled by Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill.
