Twilight Festival set for Aug. 25

The Woodford County Chamber of Commerce would like to remind everyone that the Versailles Twilight Festival is just around the corner.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, Aug. 25 from 3 to 9 p.m. on Main Street, between Rose Hill Avenue and Green Street.

This year we will feature over 110 booths with a variety of crafts, community organizations, political booths, a kids’ zone, food, beverages, fun and entertainment.

This year’s entertainment will include filming of a music video on stage by Derby Laine at 3:30 p.m., an agility gymnastics dance demonstration, and last year’s favorite band, “Twist of Fate” playing from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

We will also have two employment agencies at the festival to help folks find jobs.

This is a free family event and dogs are welcome. Don’t miss meeting old friends and meeting new friends at this great event!
