Clyde Daniels, 86, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2018.
Born on July 12, 1932, in Taswell, Tennessee, he was the son of the late O.C. Daniels and Mae Kelly. He worked in construction for Harrod and Carter.
Survivors include a daughter, Cherie Armstrong, Frankfort (Millville); three sons, Bruce Daniels; Lewis (Darlene) Daniels, both of Frankfort; and Bobby Daniels, Nicholasville; a sister, Geneva (Robert) Thornhill, Tennessee; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anona Daniels; three sons, Doug Daniels, Timmy Daniels and Charles Rowland; and a granddaughter.
Services were held Saturday, Aug. 25, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd., by Pastor George Blakeman. Casket bearers were Robert Daniels, Tony Groves, Carlos Cook, Bruce Daniels, Lewis Daniels and Aaron Monroe. Burial followed at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
