County Assessment Survey

The Woodford County Extension Service is interested in better understanding the issues that are important to people in the community. In response, the Woodford County Cooperative Extension System can tailor new and existing programs to address the highest priority issues that directly impact them, their families and the community. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and all responses will be completely anonymous and confidential. The survey is available on-line at http://bit.ly/KYExtension and paper copies are available at the Extension Office, 184 Beasley Drive, Versailles. Please complete the survey by Oct. 26.
