Arrow Jackets place fifth at Frederick Douglass Bronco Classic
The Woodford County High School Arrow Jackets placed fifth out of 10 ten teams Saturday, Jan. 19 at the Frederick Douglass Bronco Classic. The event was Woodford's first in nearly a month after last week's meet was canceled due to weather.
Devon Wilson shot a team-high 280, Caleb Rockhold shot a 277, and Shaun Lavin fired a 276. CJ Tupman shot a 267, Shannon Howell and Eli McIntosh each shot 265, Shiloh Smith shot 262, Abran Santos fired a 251, Evan Watson shot a 249, and Carter Widemann shot a 240. WCHS's JV team was led by Jonathan Linton and Caleb Lauderdale who shot 243. Caleb Standley shot a 231, Aaron Standley shot a 222 and Ethan Parker fired a 220.
Emily Morrison shot a team-high 280, Brianne Lacefield shot a 264, Julia Brillowski and McKenna Hewett each shot 263. Hailey Kraft shot a 260, Melody Gilpin shot 259, Osiana Zinn shot 257, Laine Call shot 252, Emma Goh shot a 251, Morgan Murray fired a 246, Jaid Goh and Isabella Steely shot a 245, and Madison Hill shot a 242. WCHS's JV team was led by Jillian Ordway who shot a 238, Dhwani Kothari shot a 230, Emily Tackett shot a 238 and Lauren Hall shot a 202.
The Arrow Jackets will compete in the Frankfort Christian Academy Shootout Saturday, Jan. 26.
