Chadwell

Mary Ann Smith Chadwell, 58, wife of Gilbert L. Chadwell Jr., died Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019. Born on Nov. 28, 1960, in Woodford County, she was the daughter of Anna Parker Smith and the late John Smith. Services will be held at 10 a.m. today, Thursday, Oct. 10, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, by the Rev. David Rayburn. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
