Society to host annual meeting and Show and Tell program

The Woodford County Historical Society will have its annual election of various board members at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21, at its library/museum, 121 Rose Hill Avenue. For 2020, two officers and two directors will be elected to its nine member board, with each to serve a two year term. Following the election, the Society will host a Show and Tell program. Members and guests are asked to bring small family heirloom items and/or other vintage items of historical interest and share brief information on these items with others present. The Society’s next meeting, open to all, will be on Jan. 23 with more details to follow closer to that date.
